About Me

I learned to knit from my sister-in-law in 2004 and immediately realized how well it combined my need for creativity and mathematical order. I’ve now designed patterns, taught knitting classes, and am currently working at WEBS as the E-Commerce Marketing Manager. I love seeing all the new yarns come in each week. I’ve recently started crocheting and weaving. It’s all so addicitve, isn’t it?

I started running in 2007, with my first 5K in September of that year. The following year I added 10K, half marathons, and sprint triathlons to my races. I am currently training for my first full marathon in May. And I look forward to trying a couple of olympic distance triathlons this year.

I continue to see as many movies as I can. I’m shooting for 4/week this year, 2 in the theater and 2 at home.
